I have to use the command prompt to disable this DEP. So go to Tools->Internet Options->Advanced->Settings->Security->"Enable memory protection to help mitigate online attacks*" DISABLE this!!! DEP just prevented my from opening an external hard drive that has photos, and nothing else on it. Internet Explorer Dep Norton no longer supports PW manager 2004 and that should be enough reason to not install it!
