The other times it boots just fine and very fast. If SFC tool failed to repair, you have to fix it manually. What I'd try is DISABLING some Startup programs. I am then offered to start Windows normally or let Windows attempt a startup repair. his comment is here
I've asked for help here before, so I already ran most of the programs to make sure I didn't have a virus. A case like this could easily cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Tech Support Guy is completely free -- paid for by advertisers and donations. Please find another PC which have the same system version, then go to the folder under “C:\Windows\System32\drivers”. The hang ups will happen roughly 1/5 times that I boot the pc. (quick boot enabled in bios, and disabled alluneeded stuff.) You'll see in my snippets 2 of the failing to load ones actually did load just ahead of the fails... like check out what services are runt hrough msconfig?
