I did get a couple file to restore off the web portal login, but then just errors. I got a virus (malware) that slows down every process and opens a random page in the background which plays a video. What should I do? Or would we be better off to install the windows 7 again and figure out the network device problem?

Checked out the wesite for help and it only lists the top error codes and states "contact us" if you have a different code.
